How does Estately measure the social and environmental impact of its projects?
We use a comprehensive impact assessment framework, evaluating each project's contribution to sustainable housing and community betterment, ensuring transparency in our impact. We have a business charitable partnership with Trees For Life, Scotland with Estately Tree Grove to help offset carbon emissions created through development.
Can I liquidate my investment if my financial situation changes?
For our Loan Agreement option, we offer flexible investment periods to suit your financial planning. However, once a loan agreement is in effect, it cannot be liquidated until the end of the contract or project completion, as specified in the terms and conditions. Our Joint Venture investments are designed for long-term engagement, and we advise investors to carefully consider their financial needs before committing. While these investments are primarily long-term, we are committed to open communication and will discuss potential solutions to support all parties involved.
Who decides on the projects for investment, and how are they managed?
Our team of experts identifies and manages projects, leveraging extensive industry experience and market insights to select opportunities that align with our mission and investment criteria.
What is the minimum investment required to partner with Estately?
Loan Agreements; We cater to a range of investors, with minimum investment thresholds designed to be accessible while ensuring meaningful participation in our projects.
Joint Ventures; Investors will need to self-certify that they meet the Financial Conduct Authority, High-Net-Worth-Individual (HNWI) definition for this exclusive partnership. The definition of a HNWI includes those who earn a minimum of £100,000 p.a., or have net assets exclusive of their home above £250,000, or Company Directors who's company turns over a minimum of £1,000,000 p.a.
